Ingredients

For the London Broil:

• 2 lb London Broil

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

• 1 teaspoon onion powder

• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

• Salt and pepper to taste


For the Ranch Dressing:

• 2/3 cup mayonnaise

• 1/4 cup buttermilk

• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

• 1 teaspoon onion powder

• 1 teaspoon dried dill

• 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Grease a 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Place the London broil in the slow cooker.


2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Rub the mixture onto the London broil on all sides.


3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the London broil is cooked through and tender.


4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, and salt and pepper. Stir until combined.


5. Once the London broil is cooked, slice it into thin strips. Serve with the ranch dressing on the side.

Equipment

You will need a 6-quart slow cooker, a small bowl, a medium bowl, and a whisk.

Notes

• You can use any cut of London broil for this recipe. It can be cooked from frozen, but it will need to cook longer.


• If you don't have buttermilk, you can substitute plain yogurt or regular milk.


• Leftover London broil can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove.
