This delicious cupcake recipe using a cooker is a great way to make a sweet treat for the family! It is a super easy and fast way to make cupcakes and you don't even need an oven. This recipe is perfect for those days when you have a sudden craving for cupcakes and don't have time to bake them in the oven. It's also great for those who don't have an oven, as all you need is a cooker. The cupcakes turn out light, fluffy and moist. Kids and adults will love them!

Ingredients

For the cupcakes, you will need: 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil, 1 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 2 eggs. You can also add 1/2 cup of chopped nuts, 1/2 cup of chocolate chips or any other ingredients you like.

Instructions

First, get a cooker and place it on a flat surface. Fill the bottom of the cooker with about 2 inches of water and cover the cooker with the lid. Place the cooker on medium heat and let the water come to a boil. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together the oil, milk, vanilla extract and eggs. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.

Grease the inside of the cooker using butter or vegetable oil. Place the cupcake moulds in the cooker and pour the batter into each cavity, filling it up almost to the top. Cover the cooker with the lid and let it cook for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove the lid and check if the cupcakes are done by inserting a toothpick in the middle of the cupcake. If it comes out clean, the cupcakes are done. Let them cool down for a few minutes before taking them out of the cooker.

Equipment

To make this cupcake recipe, you will need a cooker, a cupcake mould, a large bowl, a separate bowl, a spoon and a toothpick.

Notes

It is important to grease the inside of the cooker before adding the cupcake moulds. This will help the cupcakes to come out easily from the cooker. You can also use a non-stick cooker for this recipe, as that will make it even easier to remove the cupcakes from the cooker.
