1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 cup chicken broth

1 bay leaf

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup fresh oregano, chopped

Instructions

1. Season the pork cubes with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in the pressure cooker over medium-high heat. Add the pork cubes and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove the pork cubes and set aside.
