Instructions

To make the meatballs: 1. Place the bread in a small bowl and pour the milk over it. Let the bread soak for 10 minutes. 2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, pork, and veal. Add the Parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, pepper, garlic, eggs, and the soaked bread. Use your hands to mix everything together until well combined. 3. Use a spoon or your hands to form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs. 4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
