Ingredients
1 head of cabbage, shredded or chopped

Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add the cabbage and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Add the salt, pepper, and any other desired ingredients to the skillet and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.

Notes
If you are using firm tofu, you can add it to the skillet at the same time as the other ingredients. If you are using soft or silken tofu, you should add it at the end of the cooking time so that it doesn’t become too mushy.
