Ingredients

1 (10-12 pound) turkey, thawed
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the thawed turkey on a roasting pan.
2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture over the turkey.
3. Pour the chicken broth into the bottom of the roasting pan. Place the pan in the oven and roast for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the turkey registers 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
4. Remove the pan from the oven and let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before carving.
5. Garnish with the fresh parsley and serve.
