Ingredients

1 kg scotch fillet steak

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 large onion, finely diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 can diced tomatoes

2 tablespoons dried oregano

1 tablespoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley

Instructions

1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add the diced tomatoes, oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and sugar. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
