Ingredients

1 pound of deer heart
1 large onion, chopped

1 cup of beef broth
1 cup of white wine
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of butter

Instructions

1. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion is softened and lightly browned.
