Ingredients

3-4 lb. prime rib roast

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp. sea salt

1 tsp. dried rosemary

2 tsp. olive oil

1/4 cup beef broth

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 250°F. Place the prime rib roast on a roasting pan.
