Ingredients

For the spice mix: 1 tablespoon smoked paprika 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon sea salt For the ribs: 2-2.5 pounds spare ribs 4 tablespoons olive oil 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup honey 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons tomato paste 2 tablespoons molasses 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the spices for the spice mix. 3. Rub the spice mix all over the spare ribs. 4. Heat a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. 5. Add the olive oil to the skillet and sear the ribs until lightly browned on both sides. 6. In a small bowl, mix together the Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, tomato paste, molasses, and soy sauce. 7. Pour the mixture over the ribs and cover the skillet with aluminum foil. 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours, or until the ribs are tender. 9. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. 10. Uncover the skillet and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the ribs are crispy and golden brown. 11. Serve immediately.
