Ingredients

1 lb. beef stew meat

1 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 stalks celery, diced

2 carrots, diced

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

1 can (14.5 oz) beef broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons dried Italian herbs

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 bay leaf

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

1. Turn on the Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker to the “Sauté” setting. Add the beef stew meat and cook until lightly browned. Add the onion, garlic, celery and carrots, and cook until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.

2. Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian herbs, paprika, pepper, salt, and bay leaf. Stir to combine. Secure the lid and select the “Meat/Stew” setting. Cook for 30 minutes.

3. When the pressure cooking cycle is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then vent the remaining pressure. Discard the bay leaf.
