Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of corned beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup of beef broth
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups of cabbage, chopped

Instructions

1. Start by prepping all of your ingredients. Dice the onion, mince the garlic, slice the carrots, and chop the cabbage.

2. Place the corned beef in the pressure cooker and season it with the paprika, black pepper, thyme, and oregano.

3. Add the onion, garlic, carrots, bay leaves, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, and apple cider vinegar to the pressure cooker.

4. Lock the lid and set the pressure cooker to high pressure. Cook for 25 minutes.

5. Once the time is up, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.

6. After 10 minutes, release the remaining pressure and open the lid.

7. Add the cabbage to the pressure cooker and stir. Lock the lid and set the pressure cooker to high pressure. Cook for 3 minutes.

8. Once the time is up, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.

9. After 10 minutes, release the remaining pressure and open the lid.
