Instructions

For the Main Course

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic and cook until the onion is softened.
4. Add the tomato paste, diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Add the water and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.

6. Pour the butter mixture over the top.
7. Sprinkle with the chopped walnuts.
