Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork shoulder or butt

  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste

Instructions

1. Place the pork in the slow cooker, then season with the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix together the apple cider vinegar, chicken broth, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste. Pour the mixture over the pork.
