  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease with cooking spray.

2. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients (brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, dried oregano, ground cumin, black pepper, and salt).

3. Place the ribs on the prepared baking sheet and brush each side with olive oil.

4. Sprinkle the dry rub over both sides of the ribs and rub it into the meat.

5. Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
