Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F.

2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the vegetable oil and mix until it is evenly distributed. Gradually add in the cold water and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.

3. Divide the dough into two equal pieces and roll each piece out on a lightly floured surface until it is about 12-inch in diameter.

4. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle the Provel cheese, Parmesan cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, green peppers, red onions, garlic powder and oregano over the top of the dough.

5. Bake the pizza for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
